7yr child with seizures

this patient presented with headache for two wks.

on biopsy it was a high grade glioma

todays case

this pt presented with weight loss a usg was done at a peripheral hospital and they suspected hcc in the liver

it was a hydatid cyst which has probably ruptured into the rt pleural space

the usg image though a bit hazy has also been included

next week we will present another case
